据路透社19日消息，爱尔兰数据保护委员会(DPC)对Facebook Inc FB.O发起了两项调查，此前有人对这家社交网络巨头在Instagram上公布儿童个人数据的行为表示担忧。

Both investigations were launched last month, Deputy Commissioner Graham Doyle said in an email statement. The first survey was aimed at determining whether Facebook has a legal basis for processing data and whether it has adequate protection and / or restrictions on instagram. The survey will also consider whether Facebook has met its transparency obligations as a data controller in providing instagram to children.
