当事人于2013年10月30日至2015年1月9日期间，自海运渠道向海关申报进口有接头电线、端子等143票，申报成交方式为CIF或C&F。经查，该143票货物的实际成交价格均为EXW价格，当事人漏报运保费共计人民币1409128.59元。
