1.海关总署公告2018年第57号
关于公布《进口可用作原料的固体废物国内收货人注册登记管理实施细则》的公告
根据《进口可用作原料的固体废物检验检疫监督管理办法》，海关总署制定并发布了《进口可用作原料的固体废物国内收货人注册登记管理实施细则》。《进口可用作原料的固体废物国内收货人注册登记管理实施细则（试行）》（原质检总局公告2009年第91号公布）同时废止。原已获得进口可用作原料的固体废物国内收货人注册登记的企业，属于加工利用型的，应及时向工商注册所在地的直属海关申请换发新证；属于贸易型的，注册登记自动失效。

2.海关总署公告2018年第60号
为规范进出口货物收发货人的申报行为，统一进出口货物报关单填制要求，海关总署对《中 民共和国海关进出口货物报关单填制规范》（海关总署2017年第13号公告）进行了修订。本次修订涉及对预录入编号、海关编号、境内收发货人等栏目的填制要求作出调整和修改；新增了5个栏目的填制要求；修改4个栏目的名称；并对《中 民共和国海关进（出）境货物备案清单》填制规定予以明确。修订后的《中 民共和国海关进出口货物报关单填制规范》（见附件）自2018年8月1日起执行，海关总署2017年第13号公告、2017年第69号公告同时废止。
3.海关总署公告2018年第61号
关于修改进出口货物报关单和进出境货物备案清单格式的公告
为进一步规范进出口货物收发货人的申报行为，根据《海关总署关于修订〈中 民共和国海关进出口货物报关单填制规范〉的公告》（海关总署2018年第60号公告）要求，海关总署决定对进口货物报关单、出口货物报关单、进境货物备案清单和出境货物备案清单等4种单证格式进行修改。修改后的进口、出口货物报关单和进境、出境货物备案清单格式自2018年8月1日起启用。海关总署公告2016年第28号同时废止，原入境、出境货物报检单同时停止使用。
4.海关总署公告2018年第67号
关于进出口货物报关单申报电子报文格式的公告
根据新修订的《中 民共和国海关进出口货物报关单填制规范》（海关总署公告2018年第60号），海关总署制定了进出口货物报关单申报电子报文格式。企业使用数据交换方式向海关申报，按照有关报文格式生成电子数据报文，联调测试、接入等工作按照海关总署公告2016年第16号和海关总署公告2017年第20号办理。

5.海关总署公告2018年第89号
关于优化出口货物检验检疫监管的公告
为进一步优化出口货物检验检疫监管，促进贸易便利化，海关总署发布公告明确：实施出口检验检疫的货物，企业应在报关前向产地/组货地海关提出申请；海关实施检验检疫监管后建立电子底账，向企业反馈电子底账数据号，符合要求的按规定签发检验检疫证书；企业报关时应填写电子底账数据号，办理出口通关手续。
6.海关总署公告2018年第90号
关于检验检疫单证电子化的公告
为进一步促进对外贸易便利，提升口岸通关效率，海关总署就检验检疫单证电子化事宜发布公告明确：申请人向海关办理检验检疫手续，可按照公告要求提供单证电子化信息，无需在申报时提交纸质单证；申请人应保证电子化单证信息的真实性和有效性；海关监管过程中按照风险布控、签注作业等要求需要验核纸质单证的，申请人应当补充提交相关纸质单证。
