因为FB通知CBO将于今年9月成为FB广告的一个默认算法,不可以被取消。在9月前的过渡期间,广告主仍可通过设置广告组预算来控制广告系列支出,或自行更改为CBO来进行适应。9月之后,所有收到通知的广告主,将进行强制转换。

Because FB informed CBO that it will become a default algorithm of FB advertising in September this year, which cannot be cancelled. In the transition period before September, advertisers can still control the expenditure of advertising series by setting the budget of advertising group, or change to CBO to adapt. After September, all advertisers who have received the notice will be forced to switch.
